Parmesan的用料

cream 100 g fried tomato sauce 50 g
grated Parmesan 10 g gelatine sheets 1.5
Pinch of salt Oregano

Parmesan的做法

步骤1

Boil the cream and pour in the tomato sauce, grated cheese and gelatine, previously soaked in cold water.

步骤2

Add the salt and oregano. Beat the mixture then pass through a strainer.

步骤3

Fill the moulds and freeze. Turn out and serve.

Parmesan的烹饪技巧
