生牛肉薄片Tenderloin thin slice 松露蛋黄酱Truffle mayo
松露Truffle 黄色苦苣Yellow frisee
帕尔玛干酪切片Parmesan cheese shaved 橄榄油Olive oil
芝麻菜沙拉Rocket salad 蛋黄酱mayonnaise
松露奶油truffle cream 松露油truffle oil
帕尔玛干酪parmesan

生牛肉薄片伴黑松露汁的做法

步骤1

将松露蛋黄酱抹在盘子的底部，把用调味料调好的生牛肉薄片放在上面，加入松露油。 Place the mayo on the plate, and season the meat on the top of mayo, then add truffle oil.

步骤2

配上用橄榄油调拌好的黄色苦苣和芝麻菜沙拉。Dress the salad with olive oil.

步骤3

最后加入帕尔玛干酪切片和松露片。 Put the shaved parmesan cheese and sliced truffle.
