Chocolate Muffins的用料

butter 75g sugar 75g
self raising flour 100g egg 1
milk 3 Tbsp chocolate chips 2 Tbsp
oatmeal 2 Tbsp cocoa powders 1 Tbsp

Chocolate Muffins的做法

步骤1

preheat oven at 190℃

步骤2

prepare patty tin with 10 cake cases

步骤3

sieve self rasing flour and cocoa powder, minimum repeat 3 times

步骤4

cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy

步骤5

beat the egg

步骤6

add the beaten egg into mixture gradually (3 times)

步骤7

add milk if the creamed mixture is thick

步骤8

add in chocolate chips and oatmeal. Mix well

步骤9

put the mixture into the cake cases

步骤10

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown

步骤11

cool the cakes
